Joined the Firm in 2023, Pancham has completed her study in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She regularly appears before the High Court of Gujarat, National Company Law Tribunal, Arbitration Centre at High Court of Gujarat as also Civil & Commercial Courts/ Tribunals of Gujarat and has appeared and assisted in various institutional alternative dispute resolution proceedings including arbitration and mediation. Pancham regularly assists senior designated counsels in varied matters pertaining to Hon’ble Supreme Court and High Court of Gujarat as well as Arbitration matters. Moreover, she has undertaken diverse range of conveyancing work and is experienced in dealing with clientele consisting oil and marketing company officers, government company officials, contractors, private company executives / managers / directors, chartered accountants, managing trustees et al.
