Munjaal Bhatt, Managing Partner, is a law graduate from Gujarat National Law University, with a gold-medal in Insurance Law. Post his graduation, he has completed his LL.M. from New York University, School of Law with a specific focus on Arbitration Law. In order to put his educational qualifications to good use, Munjaal started his career working in New Delhi under Mr. Mahesh Agarwal, where he appeared before the Supreme Court, High Court and several other forums. His job profile also included preparing for high-stake matters and briefing the top Senior Counsels of India.   

 

Munjaal joined the Firm in 2018 and since then, plays a pivotal role in the Firm’s continued success and expansion, particularly in handling complex cases before the High Court of Gujarat and forums across Ahmedabad. Munjaal’s deep understanding of local laws and his strategic thinking make him a trusted advocate for clients across a wide range of industries.

 

He is instrumental in managing the Firm’s day-to-day operations, as well as guiding high-stake litigation and arbitration matters. Munjaal’s blend of modern legal practices and traditional expertise has allowed the Firm to adapt to the evolving legal landscape while maintaining its focus on client outcomes.

 

Munjaal is not just carrying forward the legacy of his father and grand-father, but is actively shaping the future of the Firm. His leadership in Ahmedabad ensures that the Firm remains at the forefront of legal practice.

 

Apart from his contribution in Court, Munjaal does Pro-Bono work and is closely associated with several Non-Profit Organisations. He also features as a Member of the Ethics Committee for a reputed Hospital based in Ahmedabad.
